I highly recommend Pets Best!
Direct deposit is super convenient. I've never had a problem with claim processing. They set me expectation for processing delays then paid me 48 hours later. I like the flexibility of coverage and deductible to help manage monthly premium costs. And I love that my deductible applies to the full calendar year rather than individuals incidents! I know there are lots of choices for pet insurance, but we came to Pets Best several years ago after a less satisfactory experience with another company, and I've never had a single regret. We've also taken advantage of the 24/7 televet service a few times and found it very helpful. I think it's great that Pets Best includes that service at no additional cost. I highly recommend Pets Best!

You could work with more car shops so…
You could work with more car shops so people will not have to wait many months until their car will be fixed. And also would be great if someone could answer the phone number with called "24/7". And your employees are not interested customer's car to be fixed sooner. Your employees also doesn't bother themselves to answer on email.
