Yes, Healthy Paws made my life just a little easier during a very difficult time. My beloved "Lambeau" had been dealing with cancer - and fighting like a little champ - for several years. I'm SURE Healthy Paws "lost money" on our account, as Lambeau's bills (medications/surgeries) had to be over $50,000. I ended up paying only about 20% of that amount, and the premiums while high, never compared to what Healthy Paws covered. When Lambeau passed, the team at Healthy Paws was sweet, comforting, and made sure to close my account, so I wasn't billed for an additional month - while continuing to send reimbursements for her final vet bills. I'd highly recommend Healthy Paws for these reasons.

I’ve been with Fetch for over 10 years. I had a recent change to my employment status and needed to make some expense changes, which meant having to cancel our policy. Fortunately, Anne was super empathetic and walked me through everything without undue pressure. I got my account canceled, but plan to return once I’m in a better financial situation. Great service!

I’m giving a 5 star review because I recently switched to you guys and I saved half the cost. However, I changed companies because of dealing with ai instead of humans. I mention this because I’m yet to experience any customer service from you. So I really can’t gauge your company based one on financial transaction. I provided this statement only because your AI contacted me twice in the last week asking for the review. So here u go, barely any assessment done. But I did save half my cost.(yearly,1200 a year to 600)

I was double charged for my car insurance and when I emailed. I was told to check my mastercard statement again and ask my bank. I sent a screen shot of the statement and haven't heard back yet. I sent the email on June 22.
