Best Pet Protection Ever!

This pet insurance has made every aftermath of stressful visits so easy. Customer service is absolutely amazing and were so incredibly nice on the phone and super helpful. I'm so glad I went with this insurance and have stayed with them since my pet was a puppy. They make submitting claims and explanation of benefits super simple and easy to understand!

Very dissatisfied

We have been satisfied with this company until last year. Since the Summer of 2022 the insurance has not reimbursed us for any veterinary/emergency visits for our beagle. They don’t reply anymore to the phone, you cannot leave a message, and whenever I wrote to them the past 8 months I got an automatic reply, see below: Hello, Thank you for your email. We’ll review your claims submission and contact you shortly. Please visit us online for Frequently Asked Questions and answers about the policy at www.healthypaws.com/frequent-questions. We can be reached via phone call during the following times: Account Management & Enrollments Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time Claims Assistance Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm Pacific Time Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time Warmest regards, Healthy Paws Customer Care Being sent on behalf of Stephanie Owens CA Lic. #0D28042 I also emailed to the company’s CEO and don’t know what to do, except to hire a lawyer or go to Small Court?? In regards to your claims, your 2022 claim was not eligible for coverage under the behavioral exclusion in your plan. Your other claims were either processed/covered and applied to your deductible or denied since they were for a condition that was noted as being pre-existing prior to your enrollment or during the plan waiting period. We do our best to be transparent throughout our website, during the enrollment process and in the plan documents available to each client in their online Healthy Paws account regarding the limited exclusions of our plan. Those exclusions are pre-existing conditions, preventative/routine care and the office visit fee (vet exam, emergency exam, recheck or consultation). Anyone visiting our website can see this information on our “Benefits, Coverage and Exclusions” page.

If I could I would give this 0 stars

If I could I would give this 0 stars, probably one of the worst pet insurance companies known to man. BE AWARE THEY RIP YOU OFF AND DONT COVER WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL. We step $450 on an emergency visit for our dog which they say has %80 coverage but we only received 70 dollars. This company is a joke and I feel so sorry for anyone that wastes their money on insurance that doesn’t cover anything but death. I could have used their 50 dollar monthly payment to cover almost the same amount as they did for the visit. So Sad to see such a horrible waste of money! Good luck to anyone that still gives them money, just wait till you have to use the insurance, they’ll do anything they can to not do their jobs.

Happy Golden Retriever

I only had pet insurance for a short period on a previous Golden Retriever. I did not think based on prior Golden Retriever’s past history that it was necessary. For some reason on my current (3rd Golden) I decided to get it as a pup. I chose Embrace because I like the various deductible, coinsurance, yearly maximum and also the wellness option. First two years, I only used the wellness benefit. The process to file a claim and get reimbursed was easy and payment fast. Unfortunately, I just had to experience the medical part of plan. Again, efficient! Very glad I chose to get insurance and with Embrace. I am crossing my fingers I will only have to use wellness option in future.

I’ve had a policy since Dec 2022 and…

I’ve had a policy since Dec 2022 and will not renew. Today, 7/3/23, was the first time a claim was approved and , of course, it went to my deductible. My dog was denied for a pre-existing heart condition that was due to a vet saying, during an exam, “I think I hear an irregular heart beat”. The vet followed up with a heart exam (ekg, echo,etc) and said there was nothing wrong with her heart. But Embrace declared a permanent denial of this “so called preexisting condition”. I made a mistake and took her to the vet one day before the policy effective date. Therefore, everything discussed during that visit, ears, eyes, etc. is now a preexisting condition.

Solace, Peace of Mind, & Security!

I’ve had Pet Insurance through ManyPets for almost two years now. After one bad experience without insurance that almost destroyed my credit years ago, It’s imperative that I have coverage for my dog. ManyPets is a godsend! I have a co-pay that once it’s met, they reimburse 90% of all expenses that fall under injury/illness and emergencies. I pay about $30/Month and it’s worth every penny. This last claim was reimbursed within 72 hours of the visit at the Vet. The staff is very helpful, and professional! Thank you so much ManyPets!

Seven years of great coverage and service
