Just signed up for spot pet insurance for my new puppy Fred. The sign up process couldn't have been smoother. I purchased the additional wellness plan and have already submitted a claim and been approved for spot to cover over 60% of Fred's first vet visit. Loving it so far!!

50% increase in monthly premium from prior year!
I have been a very satisfied customer of Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for 3 years until I received an email yesterday notifying me that my monthly premiums will be increasing by 50% !! beginning in 63 days. My claims have been low for my 8 yr old dog with manageable annual premium increases of around 10% each year. I understand pet medical care costs are rising but there is no explanation to justify such a large increase. I have made comparisons with other pet coverage companies and will be saving that 50%.
