Now taking 8 weeks for claims
I have 2 dogs insured and have been a customer with them for going on 4 years. I’ve had a good experience with claims being processed and reimbursed until this last year. They have been taking an extremely long time to review claims. I always submit claims right when I leave the vet and include the itemized receipt and office notes from the visit. I submitted a claim on 10/09 and didn’t get any response until 10/31 that they needed the full medical history. Well if you go through all the claims you have his full medical history. I re send his notes and still nothing. Now after a phone and waiting almost 4 weeks I’m being told it’s going to take an additional 4 weeks to process the claim. I’m now out almost $500 for 8 weeks! What kind of response time is that. You waited until the end of your 4 week processing time to ask for additional information so you can take even longer to make your decision and delay my money back. Yet you can keep raising my monthly rate for coverage. Take you raising rate and get either more competent employees or develop a new process for your claims. It’s getting ridiculous.

i have Pets Best since 8 weeks old, i have compared many insurance companies like all insurance they will not cover preexisting condition. They are good price and they included pay of office visit and rechecks which is great for sickness or illness and they have only a year deductible not by claim. if you need pet insurance then get when puppy most important dont wait till older. I never did pet insurance before but today there are some many companies out there but you really need to compare and read and watch. I have 90 percent pay back and 200 year ded and i pay 33.00 a month for a mixed breed. when you get into certain breeds they are more expensive also. Pet best have paid all my claims and rechecks and they pay within 2 weeks also. I AM GLAD I HAVE THEM. i dont do wellness plans it not worth it to me

Coverage Review
I purchased Pet Insurance with the hopes of never having to use it. Every issue has been quite easy to deal with as my vet submits the paperwork and I eventually get a cheque. They do have a direct deposit option which I should fill out to speed up the process. It feels good knowing that the coverage is in place and that my Doodle will be taken care of.

Filing a claim is very easy and quick
Filing a claim is very easy and quick. A big plus is that the doctor's exam is covered as well as the injury or incident. Thus far, I've been very happy with the insurance. Also, the customer service is great, when needed.

It's very easy to submit a claim.
It was very easy to submit my claim. From what I can see, my claim went through a three step process which was very quick And hassle free. No problems at all i'm waiting for my refund.
