Hardly worth the cost.
After investing in this insurance and seeing the reality of pet expenses, I realize that it really is not worth the money spent and its just another pet expense.

They are quick to deny a claim but them say it takes 15 to 30 days once you appeal it!! Also when you start don’t do ANY extra exams… they say 30 days for your first claim then after it will take up to 10 days .. I’m probably going to switch !! They are awful

You’ve Warmed My Heart
The attentiveness and concern Healthy Paws has shown us during Lennox’s surgery warms my heart. Lennox had his bandage removed yesterday so he is not walking on the leg. He isn’t sure of himself. What would I have done without Healthy Paws? I certainly wouldn’t have been able to pay for this. Lennox had stopped running and playing altogether. Thank you SO much for checking on him. I love you guys.

Easy to submit my invoice and attach records in the app. Had a hard time when attaching records seeing that they were attached(but they may have been on me). Received what I expected quickly. Lots of text communication to let me know where my claim was in processing. Overall good experience

I have made a claim
I have made a claim, almost 3 months, and received one mail from the agent, and no follow up since then, despite numerous attempt by email and phone messages. My car is still not repaired and my only option is to write here on social media. Not impressed! 3 weeks ago I contacted the customer service of Sonnet and they told me that they would get back to me within 2 days but still nothing. This is troubling.

Good pricing, very slow and odd claims processing!
The pricing for PetsBest insurance is good. I did a lot of research before I chose them. Their app works OK for submitting claims, but looking at pending claims, it requires that you login a second time. Often it takes you to an error message and you have to keep logging back in to view your claims. I have claims that were submitted over 30 days ago. They are still pending. I have two claims that I submitted within the last week. One is paid for and the other is still pending. I do not understand their processing of claims, but that makes no sense. Pets Best - do better with TIMELY claims processing and stop requiring a second (third, fourth, etc.!) log in to view claims!
