I don’t understand why it too four weeks to process four claims submitted about a month ago. And only two days to process a claim just submitted two days ago. It’s frustrating.

Always waiting at least a month for claims to process
Every single claim I submit takes over a month to process. And I always get an email at some point saying there's an unusually high volume of claims and they apologize for the delay. It can't be consistently unexpected for a YEAR. So poorly run and managed.
