Upon the arrival of two kittens I knew I had to look for insurance. Looking at other options I decided on Pets Best and am extremely glad I did. I have the plan that includes "wellness" and have been surprised at the coverage and the actual reimbursement and how quickly it happens. Keep up the great service

They Deny Claims With No Reason
They deny a claim and say they don't have enough records when the entire record was sent to them. Their explanation is unhelpful - they try not to pay claims. I don't recommend.

I thought the wellness plan would cover more of the routine general vet visit charge needed to get the required immunizations. The shots are covered, but not the accompanying exam fee.

Customer service is second to none.
Customer service is second to none. There wasn't a long hold time, agent listened to my problem and she immediately offered solutions. Issue resolved in less than 15 minutes.

I like how easy it is to make a claim
I like how easy it is to make a claim. The virtual assistant makes it easy. We are going to give it another year and decide if the cost is worth it. With everything not being covered the out of pocket cost may not balance out.
