Confidence

My dog had gastritis due to overeating and stealing food. I was kept current with the claim via email and I thought the reimbursement was fair. The claim was handled quickly and I also received a followup. I will continue to use this insurance company. When my dog was younger, I had used a different company and the reimbursement was lower with a higher deductible.

I tell every dog owner I see about Pets Best.

In 2010 my then 10 YO GSD Raven had cruxiate ligament surgery on her left hind leg. In 2011 she had cruxiate ligament surgery on her right hind leg with complications that paralyzed her left hind. She had no hind leg to stand on. She had a MRI and water treadmill therapy. In 2012, she had a toe amputated due to infection. Pets Best paid their portion of the $16,000 bill as promised. I tell complete strangers about them.

Not perfect, but the best you're gonna get

The deductible is unfortunate; however, it does make the pain a little less painful when your wallet empties for your cat. At least it gives you the hope to know you CAN swing it financially and give your pet the chance he or she wouldn't have gotten without the cushion of insurance.

I recommend PetsBest Insurance

I learned of PetsBest insurance several years ago thru my employer. I could not find a company to insure my 11 year old dog . PetsBest had no age limit. In the 3 years I had this insurance I only had about 4 claims - the last one being for the problem that led to the euthanization of my dog. PetsBest not only covered over 80% of a sizable claim -they refunded half of the premium payment I had made for the month in which my dog was euthanized. My experience with PetsBest has been outstanding - their claims process is extremely fast and efficient, they are a great company to deal with , and even sent a sympathy card on the passing of my dog. A great company !!!

Wellness is a MUST

Fortunately, my ten year old beagle, Tulip May, is a fairly healthy pooch, with the exception of both airborne and food allergies. The serum for her monthly injections and her dietary foods are costly. This is where Tutu's Embrace Wellness Policy comes into play. This policy helps defray the costs for some of the items associated with her allergies, as well as her occasional anal gland expression and her yearly dental checkup. My only hope is that the NEW underwriters return to the two separate policies: One for Wellness and one for Dental, instead of including both in one Wellness Policy. If I am going to have to spend the money anyway, wouldn't it be silly not to try and get some of it back? Tulip May is my family and I only want the best for her. Keeping her well is a top priority, and her Embrace Wellness Policy helps us both do that! :)

very good follow-up

It took awhile to get the claim paid, but it was the fault of the vet, since he did not get the records to Embrace in a timely manner. Embrace kept up with polite reminders to us that they couldn't process the claim, until the vet got them the records. As soon as we resolved the situation with the vet, the claim was quickly closed by Embrace

This is the Best Pets Insurance

Bagel contracted Lyme disease. We have to bring him to the vet a few times and drugstore for medication. I submitted the claim by fax with all the receipts in Mid May and it turns around in a week and direct deposit into my account. They are fast and simple. This is the best Pets Insurance.

I love it!

I am quite pleased with my level 3 policy. It has delivered exactly as promised and I love the low $100 annual deductable instead of having a smaller deductable but it being taken out of every claim. The only thing I would like to see more is to have my claims direct deposited to my checking like they auto debit my premiums.
