They make you go through so much to get reimbursed. Basically, they hope you give up. With all the time I put into processesing a claim I could have worked those hours and made more money to pay for my vet bills. TERRIBLE

This is my first experience with pet insurance and so happy I chose Embrace. The Company proactively followed up on my claim for my puppy's well visit and a check was sent to me right away.

We've had Trupanion insurance for several years for one of our other dogs, and they were wonderful when he needed surgery, so we added our lab puppy to our policy. Two weeks later, he broke a weight-bearing toe while running in our yard. Trupanion is a great insurer - their representatives are always friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The turn-around between submitting a claim and receiving payment is short. I have been very happy with them. The only suggestion I would have for them is that they should cover the vet examination fee for things that need rechecking, like a broken bone. For some reason, they don't cover that. In all other respects, they are wonderful, and I recommend them without reservation.

Wish my insurance was as good as my dogs !! Claims are processed almost immediately - no questions asked. The people that handle the claims are genuine in asking if our little guys are ok. So easy to process the claim and our vet loves it to !! I have recommended Embrace to everyone that I know that has a pet - with the high cost of veternary care it's a peace of mind for our family. Thanks to the Embrace staff !!

I have submitted several claims to Embrace over the past year. Each and every time they review the claim in a timely matter, without any issues, and we always feel they are very fair with reimbursement. I can not say anything negative about this company!

We submitted our claim for a wellness visit on Tuesday and on Thursday received an E-Mail from Embrace that $200.00 would be refunded to us. That's great service and we appreciate it so much!
