If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. This insurance does not cover anything. If you are looking to pay monthly and not receive anything when your pet has an injury then this insurance is ideal for you. They will find any loophole in their policies to not cover you. If you are a USAA member avoid this insurance at all costs. Even my dog was upset that there isn’t a zero star option.

Claim completion has really gone downhill
I used to submit a claim and it would be complete within a few days. Currently I am still waiting on a claim I filed January 24th. It is February 15th.

Very Happy with MetLife Insurance
I'm fortunate that I haven't needed to use my policy for anything serious, but they have come through with the few claims I've turned in. I would recommend them to anyone & have to some of my friends who were thinking about getting pet insurance.

I don't like the increase on policy…
I don't like the increase on policy every year my Junior just turned 2 and your policy went to $10 I am now paying close to $70 a month ..I pay nothing for my health insurance because I'm in the low income bracket I get help from the government for almost every thing I don't get much in s/s that is the reason so that is one of my complain the other is I thought Prescription meds were covered and do was blood work
