Terriable business. Claim was NOT process and it's an annual vaccination!
Terriable business. They didn't process my claim for a regular annual vaccination for 4 weeks! Just keep sending emails back and force but continue NOT processing a request. Doesn't matter how many proof documents you upload or what your vet clinic said they keep HOLDING your request and don't pay. Be advice. Dissapointed! Claim was NOT process and it's an annual vaccination!
