Recommend Trupanion for Peace of Mind
Claims submission through my veterinarians was easy and seamless. I paid only my balance and didn’t have to wait for reimbursement. The surgery was done after midnight at an emergency clinic that closes at 7:30 am. My regular vet provided the recovery care, and the second claim linked to the first with no additional deductible. I recommend Trupanion to friends and puppy buyers. It’s really peace of mind coverage!

Not enough information My pet to me is a family member
My pet to me is a family member, when you have excepted a pet at least notify which pet it is since I have 2 puppies hopefully both were excepted. But I have no idea which one.

I am very disappointed with my met life insurance I have submitted two claims since 10/21/2025 and have not received one reimbursement I have called six times and have told the checks are in the mail you have debited my visa three times and received my initial deposit but you have not responded to any claim this is fraudulent and I will be contacting t Pennsylvania consumer affairs and filing a formal complaint

Did not receive email that to renew…
Did not receive email that to renew insurance for the year I would have to call. On website said I was covered to 2026 when I filed a claim. Apparently that was just in a 30 day window. Company would not honor the 90% plan i had because it ran out.
