This company is outstanding. Filing claims is an easy process online. They quickly process claims and pay in a few days. Rarely is there a problem, and if one arises, it’s easy to resolve. They staff are friendly and professional. Their premiums are reasonable. I couldn’t be happier.

Horrible
Horrible company they are scammers. I have had a policy with Trupanion for 5 years. My rates started at $150 a month and have increased to $230 up until now. As my dog is approaching his 11th birthday they are more than doubling my rate at over $500 a month, we have not moved areas and counties have remained the same. They know that at his age any conditions will now be pre existing and I can't go to another insurance company. It is unethical and they blame it on "area wide claims", we haven't moved areas! Upon signing him up there was a mention of a possible sprain to watch, nothing diagnosed, and since then they cover NOTHING in relation to limbs including arthritis which would not be related to a suspected sprain. The only option they give you to lower your rate is to lower the % they cover, that doesn't lower your rate it just changes where you are paying it to. I wish I started with a different insurance company to begin with and will never use Trupanion again with any other pets.
