Great pet insurance
Very reasonable rates. Everyone at the company are so friendly and eager to help. Quite easy to file claims on line. Always receive an answer very quickly. I’m extremely happy with Manypets and I wish I had this insurance many years ago.

Mabel in Customer support
Mabel, the lady who took my call, was very professional. I checked reviews of the other company I was considering versus Sonnet after that and definitely sticking with Sonnet.

Expressing Appreciation for Healthy…
Expressing Appreciation for Healthy Paws' Support for My Service Dog. I am writing to extend my profound appreciation for the remarkable support your team at Healthy Paws has consistently offered. I am particularly grateful for the attention and care that my service dog, has received. My companion and service dog is not just a well-trained working dog, but also my closest companion. He serves as my eyes, providing essential support given my limited vision, and greatly aids me in managing my other disabilities. However, lately, my best friend and service dog has been under the weather and is currently under medical attention. Notably, his medical condition has attracted a collaborative response from veterinary specialists spanning Washington, Oregon, and even as far as the UC Davis Veterinary Teaching Medical Center in California. All of them are working tirelessly to aid his recovery, and we are hopeful for positive results. In all of our interactions with these professionals, Healthy Paws Insurance has been prominently listed on service dog companion intake forms. Often, I am asked about the quality of service provided by Healthy Paws. My answer remains constant and resoundingly positive: aligning with Healthy Paws has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. The exceptional care and support my best companion service dog and I have received from Healthy Paws have made a significant difference in our lives. Therefore, I take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude for your services. It is comforting to know that as we navigate this difficult time, we can rely on the unwavering support from the Healthy Paws family. Thank you once again for your extraordinary commitment to my dogs health and wellbeing.

Trustworthy, convenient, and painless where it counts
When I first brought my puppy home, I researched through a list of pet insurances-- you name it, I've likely researched and considered it. I settled on Pets Best after looking at the following personal criteria: 1) Cost, 2) Convenience, 3) Fineprint Restrictions, and 4) Value. Another factor was reviews just like this one, and whether people liked using it or not. Pet insurance depends on a lot of things, like location, pet type, breed, as well as the age of your pet, but of all of the insurances I looked at, Pets Best covered the most for my dog and the cost was reasonably competitive (at the time I researched it). For my dog's most recent ER visit in June 2023, I was able to receive the PDF invoice and payment receipt from our provider and immediately use the app to submit a claim. The whole process took only like 5-10 minutes, and the turnaround is normally relatively quick of about 2-3 weeks, but this time around they had some backlog and a longer wait time, and they were transparent and communicated the delay through email. Being out $1-2k from a pet ER visit is nerve-wracking for me, and a long wait time means that credit cards will charge interest on it. But so far, with Pets Best, I'm relatively happy with their speed of reviewing and approving claims. I've had instances where they approved partial claims-- but normally they're clear about why it's not fully reimbursed etc. As of this moment, I haven't found any issues with their process. I would definitely recommend doing your own due diligence on insurances, but I can wholeheartedly recommend Pets Best as one of your contenders.

What a pile of crap
What a pile of crap. I just wanted to remove my ex from my policy. No problem. Other than when I changed my ADDRESS they jacked my insurance $100 per month. I truly regret moving to these parasites and scum. Every time I have tried to use this "you can do every thing on line" NO no you can't and if you do get one of these robots (live?) they don't know or can't tell you without filling out forms and waiting to see what happens. I am done with these jokers. All you people praising these donkeys should try and do something some time. WHATEVER you do don't change your address....it raises you rate $100/mo!!! They tell me it is because their is a different "area" profile....2 miles from where I moved from. I wonder how many other SONNET suck holes know they are being charged because of the neighborhood "profile"... Go ahead Check it out ....you are happy about that......then don't complain about the government giving these parasites the right to do what ever they like. and they do....while they hide behind computer " honest mistakes"...Funny how these "honest Mistakes are never in my favour.

Today I cancelled my coverage…
Today I cancelled my complete coverage plan for my cat due to the difficulty in getting my claim paid. After two plus weeks after submitting, I received an email apologizing for the delay "call volume higher than usual...", then another email, "more information is needed ..." this in regard to a prior vet visit for specific dates that did not actually include any visit to that vet. I followed up explaining that the dates did not include this visit (no wonder the prior vet did not reply), but ASPCA Insurance denied my very recent claim even though my current vet provided requested information. It's as though I hadn't said a thing, they completely ignored my contention that they had asked for dates of service to a former vet when that vet did not treat my cat during these dates. Why did I bother to explain! I am requesting ASPCA Insurance revisit this claim and acknowledge their mistake. It is easier to get my own health care needs reimbursed, than it is for my cat! Very disappointing outcome.

Trupanion has always refunded/paid within minutes
My miniature Australian Shepherd has an ongoing illness, when the vet submits a payment request to Trupanion, they pay within minutes even before I leave the vet's office.
