This New Years was the worst i ever had because i Had to take little Mia to the emergency and learned thAt she had Glaucoma. i was terrified. i dont know what i would have done without Spot. They addressed my concerns and were very helpful in resolving my claim.

Horrible!
Horrible!! I had two claims with them and it took them over a month to pay them out. Additionally, they continually asked me for the same documentation several times. When I would call to inform them that I had already sent in the medical records they would tell me that they need something else (something I had already sent in). The on hold times would sometimes be over 45 min! The way the claims were paid out doesn't make sense to me, I've worked in insurance billing for years and have an extensive knowledge in how claims are calculated and it doesn't make sense to me how they paid out my claim (shorting me over $100). All in all, bad experience and cancelling my account.

Nothing is covered
Nothing is covered. Read closely deductible is for each thing. So every time you bring him in for something different $250 starts over. If my cat lives 10 years and goes to vet 1 time a year. I pay well over 10K for insurance. Been to vet 2 times not 1 thing was covered

I've filed a few different claims
I've filed a few different claims. It took some trial and error at first trying to see what I needed to submit with my claim. When I didn't submit everything they needed to process the claim, they told me what else I needed. Once I got the vet notes and an itemized invoice they processed and approved my claim in a few days!
