I have had a wonderful experience with Pets Best. My Labrador has had TWO TPLO surgeries this year. Two major surgeries and I had zero problems being reimbursed. In both cases I was reimbursed within a couple of weeks. Can’t recommend Pets Best enough.

Finding the right pet insurance was a bit overwhelming for my puppy. Between deductibles, % of coverage, wellness plans, and so much more, it is stressful making sure you choose the right plan and company. I’m thankful I called and spoke to Amanda Mello. She had so much knowledge and was eager to answer all of my questions regarding the plans. I called TruPanion and Nationwide but did not get the level of compassion and knowledge like I did with Amanda. I knew I found the right insurance after talking to Amanda. Rates are competitive, benefits are competitive and the wellness plan is leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. Amanda, Thank you for helping me find the right plan for my Piper Ann!

Honestly I have uploaded everything I was supposed to and I keep getting emails saying it is not enough (yes I provided a year of medical history). We have never had a claim in the entire year we have had this insurance, and all history was there. Our past insurance company was much easier to use and I didn't have near the hassle as this has been. I am hoping for more positive experiences in the future as I really want to be happy with this insurance as I heard good things. Just a bit frustrated.
