Pathetic Customer Service
They made it super difficult to not renew my policy with them. Took more than 30 min. to avoid a renewal. They sent me a message saying unattached structures were not included in my home policy. I asked them to quote a rate to include my unattached garage at my home. They didn't get back to within the promised timeline. I did contact them multiple times trying to get a quote by sending messages but all the replies basically said chat with us during business hours. Next, they sent me a chat record that was incomplete and did not contain the entire chat. They sent me many more messages, and I recorded those messages in screenshots as the chat progressed. Went back and had another chat telling them about the issue. They offered to resend the incomplete chat record and when I didn't want them to send it, they ended the chat, basically cut me off. This was very rude and unprofessional in my opinion. Don't trust their chat records! You never get to talk to a live person, you only get to chat. For me, I can talk at least 3 times faster than I can type, so for me, it's an excessively time consuming process to get customer support. Although Sonnet may read this review and ask me to chat again, this option is useless and is of no benefit to me. I obtained insurance from another company.

Excellent coverage. Submitting a claim was easy and they got us a check fast. I'm happy to have them and will continue to use them as our insurance for our animals.

They seem to make every effort to delay or avoid claim payments.
After I submitted claims, the claims were denied. When I called to find out why, they indicated EOBs from my dog's prior insurance were required. They had never informed me of this requirement. I verified with them three times over the phone that the EOBs were all that were needed and then emailed the info. I then received an email from them indicating they needed the policy documents from the prior insurer. Again, they had never informed me these documents were required. It seems like they're trying every delay or dodge tactic they can. I am keeping careful records of all interactions. My experience with pet insurers has not inspired trust.

Worth every Penny
Life has been there for all 3 of our dog , the best and worst of times. Their wellness insurance is worth it because it encourages us to keep our dog healthy and follow recommendation provided by our Vet. Filing claims is easy and if you call staff is friendly and helpful
