I have been with sonnet insurance since I had my G1 license and have had nothing but amazing experiences with their customer service So much so I have recommended it to extended family and will continue to do so in the near future.

I just recently changed my pet insurance from many years with Nationwide to MetLife. Wow. What a difference in premium costs for each of my 5 pets and in customer service. Comparing both companies benefits and coverages, MetLife is superior. Customer service with MetLife is also significantly more professional and compassionate. I am very pleased with my decision to change, so far.

The worst insurance company
Sonnet increased my premium in middle of 2024 term for no reason. I had its policies cancelled, then Sonnet charged me cancellation fee around 28% of my premium. I've been really happy with Spot Pet Insurance. I have it for both of my dogs -- it's reasonably priced, and the reimbursements have been super quick. I've used it more than I've wanted to this past year, but it's been nice to have the piece of mind. I recommend.
