Do not use this company. When you need help you will not be able to speak to anyone just automated virtual “assistance” I cancel my policy same day I realized they took a first and last payment and 5 mins later sent an email telling me my monthly payment amount had increased. …. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still yet to get my refund back. I reached out to them about my refund and am still yet to get a response from anyone

I don't even know where to start..
I don't even know where to start... all I can say I'm thankful that I got the pet insurance. Honestly you just don't know when are u going to need it.. from a $3,578.00 bill I got reimbursed $2,533. Submitting the claims are easy, if a service is qualified to be reimbursed it will. They don't try to make any excuses not to be reimbursed..
