Great and Kind Service
My dog experienced a health emergency. Within three days of submitting a claim for the vet services, Healthy Paws had approved the claim and sent the direct deposit to my bank account (that I had previously set up in their portal). Great service! A couple days later, they continued to impress me by sending an email inquiring about my dog's health. I was somewhat surprised by this kind email and very happy to report that my dog had recovered. So happy we chose Healthy Paws from the many pet insurance companies available.

I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. I have had this insurance for years and always made payments on time but because I have fallen on hard times and made a few late payments in a row, they are cancelling my policy even though I am able of making the payment, it was just late. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever

First time user for new puppy
First time user for new puppy. After first vet visit I submitted my claim electronically Friday afternoon & claim was completed by Wednesday the following week. So far I am pleased with my decision.

Denied a claim my cat always had a…
Denied a claim my cat always had a heart murmur, was recently diagnosed with enlarged heart Embrace wouldn’t cover additional testing saying it was preexisting which the ENLARGED was not,I wont recommend this insurance to anyone, I have five cats and I won’t insure with Embrace, thee salesperson wasn’t for coming with her information when I signed up with them

We have been very pleased with all aspects of our pet insurance with MetLife. We have 2 cocker spaniels. 10 months and 4 years. MetLife is a great company to work with, that first puppy year is very expensive and everything has been covered. Great customer service and very easy to file claims and get reimbursement. We were with another company that doesn’t even compare with MetLife. I recommend Metlife to everyone.
