Not satisfied
It took quite awhile to get reimbursed when my cat had a urethral obstruction. Then my payment went up by over $20 the following year… they said it was because my animals got older. My dog is only 3 years old, and I was told it will go up about that much every year due to aging.

Claim process seems much easier than I was anticipating
Customer support when calling them are very nice and informative. They will help you through the entire process of understanding. The online claim process was also much easier than I ever thought. And fast! Got two claims processed within 12 hours.

Simply Amazing
Simply Amazing that the whole process of getting a quote and buying insurance can be done online 24/7 in a few minutes. Other companies can only give a quote.

Not very happy with Figo Pet Insurance
Claims are confusing in the system. They duplicate and combine services even if they are in a different invoice. There are items that insurance does not cover even if they are related to an illness like Veterinary Exam Fees for cancer, so it is a surprise that more money is coming out of my pocket. First claims took weeks to get processed because it was missing a little information that could be resolved very easily if I knew what they wanted. They do not respond to emails when questions are asked. The two representatives that I have talked to are very helpful, but it looks like the system answers for them (they are working from home) and I can hear the family conversations for a few minutes before they answer the call. With a $10,000 coverage, 20% co-pay, and after the $500 deductible, I'm still paid about $4,000 out of my pocket for the first year not going over the $10,000 coverage.

Prepare to jump through hoops
I have the highest level policy, they should cover emergency visits and most other things. Other insurance companies have an app and allow you just to snap a picture of your invoice. Prudent Pet makes things purposefully more difficult, including making you submit long reports for each claim and submitting copies of your pets' medical histories even though Prudent Pet is able to get that information themselves. They claim every emergency visit is "wellness" and have denied 4/5 of my claims. I've had to spend hours on the phone every time I want to get reimbursed. They sold me a bunch of false claims when I signed up and have disappointed me at every turn ever since.

Reimbursements should be paid without so many limits or exclusions.
I think wellness benefits should be higher. $50 for immunizations is not enough. Overall most things are not covered high enough. Prices have increased for vets substantially.

I wish there was a zero star rating
I wish there was a zero star rating. There isn't enough space in this data field to explain the whole experience. Initially there was a lot of conflicting information given about whether or not I needed an initial exam for the dog. They told me alternately to get one and submit it, get one and hang on to it, and not to worry about it. After paying a year's worth of premium, my dog got lyme disease after the worst tick season in MN that anyone I've talked to can remember. Coverage was denied based on lack of proof of preventative measures. It was not made clear to by anyone that I needed to have preventatives in place when I needed to know. It's just a bait-and-switch and a mechanism to avoid covering a treatment. Then when I cancelled my policy, they sent an email saying they'd review the claim in order to retain my business, but when I called all they did was regurgitate the same lines over and over for a half an hour, and refused to make any concessions, so all they did was waste my time. Fetch is a totally disrespectful money-grabbing company that clearly intends to use any means necessary to get your money without holding up their end of the bargain. And gosh, thanks again, Felch, for parroting the same thing YET AGAIN in your reply to this review.
