Very straightforward and transparent. Awesome Costumer service. And good rate somehow. A whole new game in insurance industry, making it easier to navigate the complex world and word of insurance agents who are doing one thing at your expense, making their pockets fat.

This is great insurance
This is great insurance. I have a new puppy. His first wellness check went well. I turned my bill in and they got back with me in a couple of days. All I have to pay is about $20. Very happy 😊

Best decision we ever made!
They are fast and super easy to use. We had to take one of our cats to the vet and to emergency vet and it was incredibly pricey, but having this insurance and being able to get some of our money back was amazing. Very happy
We’ve had Pets Best pet insurance for about ten years. Submission of a claim is easy and the company keeps you posted on the claim’s status and/or progress. When I have filed a claim, they cover what they say they cover, and, at least so far, they haven’t given me the run around if I have a legitimate claim. Supporting documents from the vet are important to have when you submit, as the claim needs support. We’ve been through a cancer diagnosis and treatment for one of our furry family members and an illness with another and we’ve been very pleased with Pets Best and also quite relieved.

Overall great experience
Overall good experience. Easy to use the app and process is streamlined. Only issue is that some claims will say action is required even after submitting required documents. That being said once the claim is processed the reimbursement comes quickly and there were no hiccups there.

Quick and Efficient
Submitted my claim the same day we visited the vet after an X-ray was needed for our dog. We received a response back from the Embrace team the next day that our claim was approved and reimbursement was on its way after providing the supporting documents!
