Sonnet insurance - cancelled for no reason
I had a car insurance policy with Sonnet for a few years. In 2023, my credit card was compromised and I forgot to change the card with Sonnet. I was notified via registered mail and immediately took corrective action. I had until June 24th to correct the card and pay back premium. All was done on June 4th. I was then also charged regular premium the following month. After which, Sonnet cancelled my policy without my knowledge! I reported the issue and they have yet to advise if they MAY reinstate my policy. Even if they do, they want me to pay the back premium for the time that I WAS NOT covered by their company (about $2,400!). Additionally, they were supposed to reply 5 days ago with an escalation effort and I have heard nothing. In the meantime, this is negatively affecting my insurance profile as I have a cancellation for non-payment on my file and coverage gap when, in fact, I paid and they cancelled the policy for no reason.

I have been happy so far with my cat's…
I have been happy so far with my cat's insurance. At time of year renewal I've been able to directly talk to a very nice professional advisor (Gerrone replied directly from my phone call without waits) who very diligently helped me lower the price of my plan by adjusting the policy based on my needs. OUTSTANDING
Over three days at two separate critical care veterinary offices our dog required over $10,000 of tests and care after collapsing for no apparent reason. Fortunately, our sweet girl made it through the ordeal and is on the road to recovery. The emotional roller coaster was made so much easier knowing we had Healthy Paws insurance and could say “just do whatever is necessary” at every decision point. Within one business day after bringing our sweet girl home the 80% reimbursement was deposited in our checking account and a representative from Healthy Paws had reached out to see how she was doing. My dog had an ear infection 3 years ago…
My dog had an ear infection 3 years ago and another incident that wasn’t an ear infection 3 years later and they did not pay the claim even though they have renewed my policy and they were two different treatments this insurance a joke they will take your money but not reimburse you.
