I was amazed with the ease of the claims process. Filing a claim took less than 10 minutes including downloading documentation. My claim was processed in 2 days! I opted for a check rather than direct deposit. My check arrived within 10 days. I had an additional claim for the post op visit. Filed that claim even faster ( only one document to download). Same turn around time.

PETS BEST s/b named PETS WORST
I had several dogs and always buy insurance. Pets Best is worst one. It;s takes them forever handle the claims and they reject without valid reason. No wonder so many people complaint to BBB. I purchased insurance for 3 Year dog on 9/26 and on October 3 she got ear infection. Claim was denied as preexisting condition. Another claims in 2024 also denied because of the same reason. I will report their practice to BBB

I wanted to leave a review because this is truly the best pet insurance company I have ever had. They not only are personable, but reliable and caring, you are not another number. If you are looking for an insurance that you can count on for timely, responses and caring individuals behind the scenes, this is it. I would recommend Healthy Paws to all my friends and family members over any other out there. My dog recently had TPLO surgery and I submitted the claim, within 24 hours I was surprised and grateful to see the automatic payment in my account. Not only that, but they followed up to see how my girl was doing after her surgery. Thank you to all the people at Healthy Paws you have been truly awesome!
