they do what they promise to do
If you read the fine print and understand the policy—I don’t see any reason to be upset. Every new illness invoice I’ve ever filed has been covered without an issue. It’s actually super easy to file claims too. The app lets you submit an invoice and explanation with the claim, and then the reimbursement goes through in a couple of weeks (after the deductible and coinsurance, ofc) . I am also happy with the premium I pay to take care of my baby. Her first year, the coverage they provided actually exceeded the cost of the premium I paid. I expected a premium increase because of this but I was happy to see they didn’t increase my premium. Spot is totally worth every penny.
