Too much!
When time for renewal, rate went up 50%. there were no claims made and both cats are young and healthy. 1st year $600 2nd year $900. Not waiting around for 3rd year!

10 day review with Spot Pet Insurance
When I first got the insurance for my two pets, I made some clerical errors. I was able to call within two hours of creating the account and get those errors fixed. I called around 5 pm and someone answered the phone INSTANTLY. They were very helpful and explained any concerns I had with my policy. Two days later I was able to use my premium plan as I sent my dogs to the vet. I spent $650 and got reimbursed over half that amount! There was a small error due to the way the vet did the invoice; so I called Spot and they fixed the issue and gave me a reimbursement for that as well! I am one happy customer!!!

So many questions
I don't understand the insureance or how to navigate anything for help. We are hoping that nothing major happens, because we have so many questions.

Disappointed
Took way too long to process claim, and the coverage rarely pays for anything. For a healthy pet I will set the $62 aside every month and pay my vet bills. Cost went up $7 a month in January. I was never given any notice that the premium was increasing. Very disappointing service.

Great pet insurance claim submission is easy
I was concerned that there may be a lengthy process in submitting the claim or a long wait for review of medical records if and when the med records received from my vet. Submitting the claim was quick and easy. Within 3 days after the claim was submitted, Spot Pet Insurance sent notification claim processed and reimbursement within 2-3 business days.
