Horrible company!
Horrible company!! Period I will continue to write as many bad reviews as possible. They owe me a credit of $125. The idiots credited back my money to another customers card... They acknowledge their error and will not correct it. Customer service is rude and ultimately threatens to cancel your policy.... They know they have you by the balls. Threatening to cancel your dog as they become older is their threat to keep your mouth shut.....

Outstanding support during the hardest time
Pets Best was truly phenomenal during one of the most difficult moments of my life. Sadly, my dog passed away, but throughout everything, they were incredibly supportive, compassionate, and professional. Bladder Stone Surgery
My dog was taken to an emergency veterinarian hospital for urinating blood. After a through exam, it was determined that her bladder stones are now causing her frequent urination, blood in the urine and pain. Surgery was the only option. I put the ER visit through Trupanion and the claim was accepted immediately and a large portion of the bill was covered. Two weeks later, Swiffer underwent a surgery to remove the bladder stones. Trupanion gave me a quote as to how much my insurance would pay toward the total bill. I have never had another pet insurance company, and after this experience I would never want one.

Spencer had liver surgery 18months ago He has gone back every 6 months for follow up scans, The claim press been very quick and easy, from his surgery ro follow ups, I have had no issues.
