When you send them an email, the response is very fast. You will receive an answer much bigger than what you were expecting. Sonnet's answer will cover your question plus a lot more relating to your question. I have been with them for a lot of years and my rates have actually gone down, which is a cool surprise.

Amazing customer service from Ann at Fetch
I called today as unfortunately I had to cancel my insurance as I recently had my pet euthanized. I talked to Ann on the phone and she was the nicest, most understanding person. Not only did she help me with canceling my insurance, she provided me updates on all my outstanding claims, answered all my questions and took the time to listen to stories about my dog. One of the best calls I have ever experienced. Ann needs to be commended. Also, I highly recommend Fetch Insurance as it saved me thousands of dollars in vet bills and enabled me to spend another 3 months with my little dachshund.
