Traditional vs Online insurance
I have dealt with traditional insurance companies and it has been the worst experiences. I like sonnet because it's efficient, productive and customizable. It's online based and user friendly. I appreciate the fact that I can update/edit my policy at anytime without having to wait for a period of time before those changes come into effect.

I am more than pleased with the service…
I am more than pleased with the service of Spot Ins. I was looking for pet insurance and found online that Spot was the most highly recommended in my State. The premiums are lower than some of the other companies and I liked the amount reimbursed for medical services. Shortly after purchasing, it was time for several of my Harley's vaccinations. I filed a claim and within less than a week, a direct deposit was made to my checking account. I highly recommend Spot Insurance.

One is expected to be well versed about workflows, terms used and options to be able to use everything on your own. I landed up buying 2 policies for two cars where i was only to add a new car to an existing policy and paying more. Over 90 mins on phone later with three different reps gave three different versions of resolution....which did not happen anyway.
