We’ve always been a little hesitant to get pet insurance because we’ve heard horror stories about how hard it is to file a claim and get paid. That is so far from the truth with Spot. They made filing the claim so easy and getting paid with direct deposit made it so I didn’t even have to think about it after I submitted it.

My puppy's first wellness visit invoice was submitted that day, within three business days I was reimbursed for the amount covered directly into my bank account. I have never had a transaction with any type of insurance company move so quickly or smoothly. I am very happy with my decision to insure my puppy with Spot Pet Insurance.
