I love SPOT
I love SPOT. Great customer service. I hear so many horror stories about pet insurances not covering their portion and SPOT has never made it difficult. I have two pets covered and I recommend this insurance to everyone I know who has pets.

Healthy Paws has been amazing
Healthy Paws has been amazing. Without them, I couldn’t have afforded my pet’s surgery. They have been so kind anytime I had questions, and worked quickly to get us reimbursed. They even reached out post surgery to see how Loki was doing. I would highly suggest to anyone who js seeking pet insurance to consider using Healthy Paws!!

HORRIBLE experience
I had claims rejected that were for my dog's external yeast infection because I was told that a POTENTIAL food allergy that was noted in 2019 is a pre-existing condition. This makes zero sense. My dog does not have a food allergy, and even if he did, that would be completely unrelated from an external yeast infection that he picked up from boarding.... When I tried to rebut the outcome with customer service, they literally copied and pasted responses. There was not opportunity to provide additional doctor's notes or "proof" as to why this should be accepted as a claim. A yeast infection is an unexpected illness that is in no way related to a pre-existing condition (that he doesnt even have!). Horrible coverage, horrible customer experience, horrible customer service/support

When my best friend and emotional support companion Tucker recently experienced a possible life-altering and life threatening injury to his neck, I was able to make a decision based on love and his quality of life without the added worry of cost and payments for the $4300 necessary surgery.
