Do your research

I got my puppy in October and did all his paperwork with the insurance to make sure he was covered for all his appointments. We have submitted like 10 claims since October, and we have yet to be told yes or no to anything. They just keep telling us they don't have the paperwork that we have submitted 5 times already. This is ridiculous. I am so angry and annoyed about this whole situation. So far customer service has not been helpful at all.

Fetch has been amazing

Fetch has been amazing. From the start, every claim has been paid efficiently. I missed a payment due to my own error, and they processed it quickly via chat with no fee. I sincerely appreciate the comfort of knowing my little kitty is better off for under $30 a month. Thanks Fetch!

Preventative care doesn’t offer a lot

Preventative care doesn’t offer a lot. $25/ year towards flea and tick is negligible. Costs $35/mo for treatment. Also not willing to cover dog food prescribed by doctor for weight loss. Overall monthly premiums are too high for what they’re willing to cover

Embrace pet insurance is the very best…

Embrace pet insurance is the very best pet insurance you can invest in. It is much better than even my health insurance! Embrace processes, the claims immediately. They keep you informed the minute you submit a claim. The rates are excellent. I would look no further.

Spot refused to cover preventative care…

Spot refused to cover preventative care from a vet visit on May 3 because my policy was renews on May 8. They offer ZERO grace period for 5 days!!! I will be cancelling my policy and advising others on social media of the lack of integrity Spot represents. ADDENDUM TO RESPONSE FROM SPOT: Customer service provided no help to address my concern.

Pet Insurance Made Easy

I had a great experience with Joshua Sabado. He was very knowledgeable about the policies and helped me find the right coverage for my pups. The online process made understanding what is covered so easy, but speaking to Josh really confirmed my decision to move forward with Fetch Pet Insurance. Their comprehensive coverage is really the way to go. Thanks for everything!

SONNET INSURANCE... EASY TO SIGN UP FOR... NIGHTMARE TO CANCEL

SONNET INSURANCE... EASY TO SIGN UP FOR... NIGHTMARE TO CANCEL I am a small business and property owner and had been dealing with Sonnet Insurance for a couple of years. No Claims in past 30 yrs. We had multiple cars and properties insured with Sonnet and when we started we were saving money from our previous insurance providers but slowly rates and costs kept creeping upward and we decided to try other insurers. We moved our auto insurance for 2 cars to another company ( CAA) and saved a dramatic amount even though we did not switch our multiple house insurances to the same company. We had tried to get more information about our insurance costs and reasons for our particular rates in the past and found the company's over reliance on their website to answer customer questions and minimal reliance on personal human interaction to be confusing, cumbersome and slow. This was true for both my wife and myself who are both university educated and long time ( since the 1980's ) computer users.... So I can only imagine what most normal customers have to deal with. In early November 2023 we decided that we were going to move our various homes insurance to another insurer..... even if the savings was not that significant because we were tired of dealing with the barriers that, Sonnet Insurance, through their mostly website only service, portal had placed upon us. That's when our problems really began. My wife, who was in charge of dealing with Sonnet for the move, after some difficulty finally found a contact phone number and called Sonnet and spoke to a real person. She told them that we planned to move our insurance coverage of 4 policies to another insurer for December 1, 2023. The agent quoted that we would be receiving a credit back of something under $90 or so and we thought that was fine.... but the agent told us that she could not cancel the policies herself that WE HAD TO DO THAT OURSELVES ONLINE THROUGH THE WEBSITE. We managed to cancel 3 of the 4 policies online from the Sonnet website before the end of December 2023 but the last policy was not allowing itself to be cancelled... It kept stopping and displaying an error condition with an exclamation mark. That's really helpful... isn't it?? We spent literally hours trying to cancel this last policy and we informed Sonnet by phone finally and by then we were into early December of 2023 and of course the the Auto Debits from Sonnet Insurance went through our bank account and took out payments for all of the 4 policies that we either cancelled or were trying to cancel. Upon speaking to our bank we were able to have them reverse that charges for " Services Paid For But Not Received" and we hoped that that would be the end of our ordeal with Sonnet Insurance... but that was not to be... Soon we received a collection emails saying that we owed money on our policies for 3 small amounts.... basically 3 of the 4 amounts our bank had Reversed and, not only that, we also began to receive Robo Phone Calls at our home phone and my Personal Cellphone number which customers Must Give to Sonnet Insurance Because the site uses the number for so called security confirmation.... They never reveal to you in advance that they can use it for Collection Purposes. This is not the first time I have been disappointed like this when dealing with a trade or service company but it always hurts none the less. I have been dealing with computers and technology as well as property management for more than 40 years but, I am still not immune to the " Something For Nothing Trap". There is no magic... if it Looks To Good To Be True... it usually is.. This experience makes me really glad that we did not have a claim to process with Sonnet Insurance.... P.S. I forgot to mention that I looked up the emails to the 3 of the top executives from the parent company of Sonnet Insurance ( Economical Insurance) and sent them a summary of our situation with their company in hopes this would embarrass them into helping us.. NO ONE RESPONDED!!! We will not deal an Online Only Insurer Ever Again and we are seriously considering taking Sonnet Insurance and it's Directors to Small Claims Court For Compensation for Our Personal Time Wasted Dealing with the Sonnet Policy Cancellations.
