Very pleased that I chose MetLife to cover our dog. The only problem I had was because I didn't initially watch the instructions they gave. Claim review and payment went quickly.

Thankful
I’m so thankful I took out this insurance on my dog when he was a puppy. I was hesitant that they’d really cover expenses if ever needed, but I see I was wrong to worry about that. Trupanion was so easy to work with and their customer service is great.

Healthy Paws Review
I have had several claims with Healthy Paws, and they responded to each claim very promptly. Once the claim was approved, I received my check within days. I am so thankful for Healthy Paws because it has allowed me to give my pet the best care possible. I am so thankful for the love and care that they give to pets that need medical treatment. They gave me money
I purchased pet insurance through work. Never had it before. Dog got sick requiring IV therapy, overnight stay at vet, and meds; called to see what was required and MetLife rep told me exactly what to do and reminded me that well visits also covered. Thanks, MetLife, for expediency and courtesy
