Quick and Easy!
I just processed my first claim for my dog's dental surgery. I got paid back in just under a week! It was SO much less hastle and SO much quicker than any other pet insurance company I have ever worked with. All you have to do is upload the receipt in the portal, super super user friendly, and they take care of the rest. Highly recommend.

Worth It
Overall: My experience with Pet’s Best has been great in terms of claims. Initially, their processing times were taking 3-4 weeks but recently they have been processing insanely quick which helps with the costs of vet care. My dog has been hospitalized four times over the last few months and we have been a wreck. Without the insurance, I’m not sure what we would do. The only complaint I do have is the policy increases are very high. I’ve been with PB for nearly four years and I’m paying close to $315 monthly for two dogs to be insured. It’s unfortunate that downgrades cannot be made with our risking coverage/writing a new policy.
