Embrace seems like a scam to me
Embrace seems like a scam to me. They're looking for a reason to deny - not to pay. They denied every single claim I filed for my dog on the basis that it was a pre-existing condition. My dog was diagnosed with bronchitis, but Embrace said because he had been treated for a cough previously, that the claim for bronchitis was denied. A cough is not a pre-existing condition. Don't waste your money on them.

I can't thank Healthy paws enough! Our Mini Dachshund had IVDD surgery on MAY 7. We claimed MAY 10 : They recieved and in porocess same day. MAY 1 1 : They completed the process MAY 12 : We recieved the reimbursement They processed amazing speed. As we were still overwhelmed by our dog situation, it was a huge support and service for us. We has been with Healthy paws for 5 Years now and they never asked complicated questions but always give us clear EOB when we claimed. We trust Healthy paws!!! Thank you.

I've had Trupanion for 13 years for 3 different dogs. The coverage and customer service has been superb, but recently the premium for the policy on one of my dogs jumped from $124 to $195! WHAT?!?! I have a dog specific facebook group in my area with over 3000+ members who I have referred to Trupanion and I'm extremely disappointed they are now price gouging people who are just trying to have the best care for our pets. I just added a new puppy - I may be removing him and shopping around! This is absurd!
