Pointless.
Pointless. My kitten had gotten sick and my regular vet could not identify the issue. I was going to need to take her to a specialist. I knew this was going to get expensive so I bought insurance to help cover the cost. Well her being sick is considered a pre existing condition, even though we didn't know what was wrong with her. Nothing covered, So frustrating. Do not recommend. Talk with your vet and do a payment plan instead.

First time buying and using pet insurance and was very pleased. I did the research and Spot came up repeatedly as the best choice. My kitten’s first exam cost $107 - I was reimbursed $90 by Spot very quickly, directly into my bank account. We run a small pet sanctuary - all the new pets will definitely be insured by Spot!
