Switched to Sonnet and now I’m saving over $1,200
I am so thrilled we were able to find affordable insurance through Sonnet! The online quote was very easy & straightforward, as was the quick phone call to set up our policy. We are now saving over $100/month for the exact same coverage we had with our previous insurance company, and I even find sonnet’s app/website to be more user friendly! All of my client/policy information is easily accessible through my account in the app, which saves me a phone call whenever I have a question :) We’re so happy we were able to cut down our monthly bills by making this simple switch & not having to make any sacrifices. Based on my experience so far I would highly recommend sonnet to anyone looking for more affordable insurance. We’ll be saving over $1,200 this year alone, and I can’t wait to use that money for something we enjoy more than bills (which is pretty much anything haha)

Worth the money!!!
I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance. I was skeptical when I first decided to buy insurance, but I have nothing negative to say about them. Quick, cover what they tell you when you sign-up and worth the money.

Heartbreaking rigidity and poor customer service...
For years, I've been paying nearly $200/month for my older dog. I've never filed a claim once. In July, she suddenly needed serious dental work (a lot to process financially and emotionally). I'm 9 months pregnant, working full-time, and have been juggling a lot. Yesterday, I sat down to formally file the claim. That's when I learned the window closed 2 weeks ago. I had no idea there even was a claim window---apparently this is only after a policy renews. The rep told me my renewal was 6 days after the procedure (seriously, just 6 days!). For that reason, the window kicked in and they won't even consider the claim. Had the emergency happened a week later, there'd be no issues, which is a reality I'm struggling to wrap my head around. I can't begin to describe how disappointed I am with Embrace, or how stupid I feel for giving them so much money over the past few years... The policy doesn't cover preventive care (I have to pay *another* plan for that), only emergencies; so, now that I'm finally facing one, I can't believe Embrace won't consider reviewing it given how close it was to the renewal... This is an unfathomably profitable company. I'm not sure how a business taking in *so much money* from its customers won't even offer an appeals process. There's nothing patient- or client-centered about Embrace. If you're in the unfortunate position of working with them, please do yourself a favor and (1) read through every fine line of your policy, (2) set calendar reminders for policy renewals, and (3) file all claims immediately. Embrace's policies and procedures are designed to make reimbursement as challenging as possible.

Life saver
Two years ago today, I found out my little man had a tumor on his heart that was leaking fluid. I thought my days were numbered with him. Since then, he’s had 3 heart surgeries, a round of radiation, chemo, a tumor removed on his leg, hypertension, blood clots on his lungs, a late night seizure which resulted in a tumor on his brain, another round of radiation and chemo. He’s on countless meds and gets scans every 8 weeks. The silver lining is he’s still here! Going strong! He wouldn’t be here without pet insurance! They have not questioned one thing. I preach all the time, if you love your pets, get pet insurance. 🥰 #DougtheDog

I hate that our pup got sick
I hate that our pup got sick, but thank goodness we had the insurance for unforeseen health that is very expensive. She is doing so much better. Hope nothing else goes awry.Pumpkin would be my ONLY recommendation to other dog owners.

Insurance was cancelled trying to get a…
Insurance was cancelled trying to get a quote of adding a person to my policy and there was no place to actually get a quote properly the system automatically added the person then cancelled my policy. The people that you speak with don't seem to have half a brain, 3 people couldn't make a decision without talking to someone else and that person couldn't make a decision either so then you've got to wait two days for a resolution specialist to make a decision without any communication to you. They don't have the cheapest rates anymore either, which they were supposed to having the online system (which sucks). I would be scared to have any sort of accident and see how that would be handled rather pay a couple hundred a year for a real insurance company that would actually pay you for any incidents.
