I had only recently signed up with my two dogs. Approximately a month later, my dog suffered a spinal stroke. Keep points….. Reasonable rates. Excellent customer service. Website easy to navigate. Reimbursement approximately one week ,in my case, as had to obtain a lot of prior history records.

Smooth processing
Claims are processed swiftly and customer service is professional and helpful. My most recent claim for my pup's ACL surgery was processed and paid within 3 weeks of the surgery. Bills are sent through Pet Bests app and they contact doctors for detailed info.
