Best experience I've had with pet insurance so far
I called this evening and was greatly assisted by Amanda. I kept her on the phone for about an hour but she was more than happy to engage in conversation and answer any questions or concerns that came to mind, and even helped me compare other companies very quickly. Since companies don't cover preexisting condition this will be a long term thing so in case anything happens, I wanted to be sure I'm making the right decision. This is company goes above and beyond the normal "accidental and illness" basics and covers most thing without a wellness package. I am feeling very confident that I've made the right long term decision for my pet all because of Amanda!

I love the idea of pet insurance but I have to say, wagmo has a much better response time. I put 1 dog on that plan and the others on your's. I seem to get more denials then payments. I will need to re evaluate the benefits which are important. It seems it's a new deductible on each claim.

I'm very happy with this pet insurance. It's a reasonable premium each month and when I've submitted claims, they have been fair and have reimbursed me at the rates that were agreed upon. I would definitely recommend them to any pet owner. It's worth the peace of mind.
