I love spot, They literally saved my dogs life twice. Without them I wouldn't have been able to afford my pets treatment. Signing up through the app is very fast and easy. Submitting claims is also very easy I recommend using direct deposit for easy reimbursement

I have been paying premiums for over 6 months and processed 2 claims for medical expenses. It has taken over 7 weeks for them to process the claims and still no satisfaction. I asked for a refund which they refused. The worst Pet insurance company, and experience. I have had Nationwide Pet Insurance for another pet, they processed claims immediately within 10 days. Great experience with them. Don't use Pet's Best ever! I will never use them again.
