First time filing claims
Things were difficult at first as I was having trouble navigating submitting claims online. I tried calling a couple of times but the wait time was unrealistic, over 30 minutes, so I gave up on that. Ultimately, the claims were processed, and I'm satisfied with the outcome. I plan to stay with Pet's best and would also recommend Pets Best to my friends and family. Not

German Shepherd started having seizures
My 7 year old shepherd had three seizures in a 15 hour period. Having pet insurance helped me figure out what was wrong with him. I would not have been able to afford all the tests if I didn't have insurance. The vet bills were around $7k. He has two lesions on his brain and he's been tentatively diagnosed with autoimmune meningitis. I'm so happy I decided to get pet insurance 3 years ago!"
Pets best
Pets best had allowed me to get better care for my girl when she needed it. The worry of the cost was not there. She needed a heart doctor, the insurance allowed me the ability to take her without the worry of the price, that alone makes it worth it to me.

Used to be better, not great any longer
Pets best used to be decent insurance, I've had them for years. Recently however customer service has been unavailable, by phone only, taking over 30 minutes to contact someone who cant resolve your problem. The website has been down for months with no access through the app either. Account was locked don't an durable to fix through customer service. Unable to place claims, even though they deducted my premiums with no problem. Used to be a better service, very dissapointed .

I have had the insurance for a few years. I never filed a claim. Now one of my dogs has been sick and I've filed quite a few claims. They have been very quick to review and pay.
Pet insurance
Pets best has been absolutely amazing in covering our claims. My dog has an aggressive cancer and they have covered everything no questions asked. Honestly they will never know how much of a blessing they have been during such a terribly difficult time. The grief is unbearable at times but knowing they have been so good at covering everything he needs gives me peace of mind. Forever grateful for this company and the time they have given me with Brody!
Easy to sign up pets
the whole experience of signing up our dogs for coverage has been very easy, affordable and submitting claims is really easy too.

i write 3 star not to tarnish rep but the message i last posted about, here a follow up. my kitty had no previous medical records because he had previously not needed medical help? we have paperwork of his vaccination with doctors from before anything happened to him and yet that isn’t enough?
