Signing up was easy
Signing up was easy, but didn't realize it would not be under Travelers. That was the only issue. I then had to go find ASPCA emails, because I was looking for Traveler emails.

Pets Best is a scam
We have paid hundreds of dollars every month for our three cats for years and years. The price just keeps going up. Yet every time we make a claim some part of it is denied for some small print reason. This is a scam that has cost us thousands. I am beyond mad, I'm saddened by the pure greed and hate that would make me choose whether or not my beloved pets "deserve" care becuase the insuance company I thought would take care of them is cutting corners everywhere possible. Pets Best was supposed to make caring for my animal easier. Instead They've only brought frustration and grief. Pets Best is a scam. I'll be instead putting my exorbidantly high premium into a separate bank account each month and become my OWN pet insurance. If only I could get back what I already paid in good faith for a bad serivce.

I am providing an overall review, not just from my recent experience. I have used Fetch for several years now and have been very happy with the service. I find the app very user friendly, and any time I have needed to speak with service representatives I have felt supported. They have always been very friendly and helpful. I also find their rates very reasonable, and fair. They process claims in a timely manner which is much appreciated. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to use Fetch for many years to come.

SWITCHED FROM TRUPANION TO FETCH
I was paying close to $70 a month for over one year and had over $1000 in vet bills and when I signed up with Trupanion, they pitched a 90% payout for claims. What they didn't reveal or clarify was that their $250 deductible would apply to every claim even though most of my claims were for the same issue ongoing issue! TRUPANION is a disingenuous horrible company to deal with. I am new with FETCH and they already reimbursed on a claim as well as saving money on the monthly cost with better coverage. Fetch's deductible is a one time deductible for the whole year while Trupanion deductible is for each and every claim and that is how they avoid paying for claims!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH TRUPANION!! GO FETCH!!!!

Peace of Mind and Worth It
The very First time we had to use Healthy Paws for our dachshund we were DELIGHTED with their quick response (same day) to our claim and resolving it (within 6 days). They live up to what they claim they will provide!
