Pets Best never pays
After several years of having a policy, this company never paid one claim. Their excuse was always “contacted veterinarian for more information.” According to the vet they never contacted them, and they never paid a claim. Total waste of money.

My furry friend was enrolled with Accident and Illness plan for almost two years. After she was treated for an illness recently by the local vetanerian I filed for insurance of the $600 bill. Upon inquiry of the coverage they told me they needed a full record of my pets wellness records, which the veternian furnished to them. Again I called to see what benefits I would collect after the $250 deductible and still they put me off by saying they needed more information about the meds used for treatment which was clearly itemized in the bill furnished to them already, as if it was not necessary. Always a reason not to process the claim. Two years of premimuns for $0. Stay away from this company.

Super long claims process
The agent was pleasant and knowledgeable. In fact all of the agents have been outstanding so far!! 🤌🏽 I gave it a 3 stars due to a long process in filing a claim. It’s been day 3 and it hasn’t even started to be reviewed yet! I was informed it could take up to 30 days!! I dislike it being unacknowledge for so long. I’ve began looking at MetLifes pet insurance policy! Although I do like the affordable plan.

The customer service is definitely top notch and met all my expectations. I've never had a bad experience in any of my interactions with Sonnet whether it be choosing my plan options, accessing my account, or making my payments. For people who find it difficult to do things online I can vouch for the customer service Sonnet offers over the phone. I've had nothing but good outcomes from every service call.
