Tardy reimbursement, sometimes up to one month
tough to get through to an actual person in customer service. This option should be the first option in the voice mail, a customer should not have to trace a path through the maze of phone options. Weak excuses for tardy reimbursement. I checked with a friend who has Truepanion for his dogs...reimbursement is prompt. Maybe Pet's Best needs more claims adjusters ?

Easy peasy process
Just filled my first claim and it was test and easy! My little lady got vaccines and they reimbursed me right away! Highly recommend!
