I love this company
I love this company! Claims are easy to make and are handled far more promptly than other companies that I have had experience with. The people in customer service are fabulous and provide accurate information. The website is super-clear and easy to use. Nothing but kudos, and I have been a customer for years through various pets and interactions.

Monthly premium doubled
Embrace was great for the first year. However we just got our annual renewal and our rates DOUBLED. We went from $121 a month to $242 a month. When we called to find out why we were told it was due to inflation. We expected some increase but to double seems insane.

I have been pleased as a new customer
I have been pleased as a new customer. We have always had insurance on our pets, but this is the first time we have used spot. We have had several claims that have exceeded our deductible and reimbursement has been fast. Usually takes a day to approve. The app is easy to use, only takes a minute to submit a claim and in the back ground something happens to move the claim forward. I used to have to get medical records and signatures from Vets to get claims processed. Not anymore. So far Spot has exceeded my expectations. Thanks.

Everything is online and quick
Everything is online and quick. I get updates via email and once I meet the deductible, I get paid back in my bank. I think it helps to keep all vet documents in a file to share. Fetch is good with jpeg or Microsoft word docs.

Fetch has been amazing!
Fetch has been amazing! My 6 yo pittie tore her ccl. Fetch has paid all our claims as we try interventions to avoid surgery. Filing claims online is really simple, and customer service is first rate. I highly recommend insuring your pet with Fetch.

Easy to process
We have been with fetch for 6 months now. We had 2 claims for ear infections and the process was very easy. No issues at all. We submit the documents online and we got reimbursed within a few weeks.

Great service
Submitting a claim and receiving detailed summary of the reimbursement. Fetch always provided updates on the stages of my claim. Great service!

I currently have my pets insured by Fetch and Nationwide Insurance
I currently have my pets insured by different pet insurers, thinking that this would be the best way to compare the companies' services. Fetch has been the most transparent and easiest to use, and they have been prompt in approving and reimbursing my claims - and clear in their explanations when a claim cannot be approved. I will renew this policy.

Fetch is slow and too difficult to get approved
Fetch always takes the full 2 weeks or more to get back about a claim. Fetch does send emails saying how the claim is still in review, but these emails don’t help and just give me false hope that the claim is reviewed. Fetch has also asked for more detailed notes about my pet’s visit, but I can only provide what my vet gives me. The notes I provided clearly state what the vet did on the date of visit, and does indeed include all the things the vet did for my pet. However since the notes were only 3 lines, Fetch is asking for more “detailed” notes. I don’t know how my vet can provide more “detailed” notes given that 1. The notes already state all that was done 2. It’s already been over 3 weeks since the visit (since Fetch took so long) how will my vet remember.
