Had an issue with renewing my policy
Had an issue with renewing my policy, my license had lapsed, which I had fixed several months earlier but didn't get processed with Sonnet so it was a problem to get back on my insurance for renewal, I kept getting denied coverage. I had to open a new policy with the help of Vanessa over the phone.
