Quick and easy to submit a claim and get a refund! I wish it was more clear what things from the itemized receipt were and were not covered, so I’m deducting a star for lack of clarity there, but overall I am happy with my experience!

Spot Insurance is the BEST!
Having Spot Pet Insurance has given our family the peace of mind that our pup is protected. Terrible first experience
I am new to Fetch. Communicating with them in near impossible. Their chat feature forces you into per-determined questions. When you finally break through the questions scripted for you it claims to connect you to a human. This supposed real person continued to give me responses that did not answer my question and when I asked for clarification the answer was repeated verbatim. A terrible first experience.
