I just got pet insurance for my kitten, out of 4 other places I called this was the one with the best price and best coverage! Not to mention the woman I had Amanda was amazing! She went above and beyond during our conversations. Would definitely recommend this company!

Complete Disappointment
When I purchased this insurance, it was claimed to begin immediately with no waiting period which is why I selected this company over all the others. I took my newly adopted puppy into the vet due to kennel cough and submitted the claim. The mobile app to submit a claim is garbage, it crashes and glitches constantly. Then it took nearly 30 days to review and deny my claim. I received no updates for nearly 20 days about the process, and the update was an emailed apology for the delay in processing. I will be looking for new insurance.

I love this insurance. Our golden retriever puppy has had 2 UTIs and swallowed a foreign object twice but the claims I've submitted have been processed quickly and money has been reimbursed within a week.
