Such a comfort to have Trupanion by our side...
Your reassurance (in both written communications and in prompt payment to the animal hospital) that my dog's emergency care is important to you is amazing!!!....I don't have to worry about anything but attending to my dog's well-being while you attend to the financial issues....Such a relief and comfort to have you by our side....

Stay away from these guys
Stay away from these guys, seriously. They have a methodology for evaluating claim eligibility that is so ridiculous, it's borderline absurd. They argue that this is in the client's best interest, but that is just self-serving BS. My french bulldog had a once-in-a-lifetime operation, and Trupanion refused to cover it, arguing that the expense would count towards his "lifetime deductible" for THAT treatment. Forget that he will NEVER have that operation again, and they know that. I dumped these guys right after that. Plenty of other choices, and nobody else uses that same kind of claim eligibility method.
